Terms of service

The service

For a flat fee of $25 CAD, a human travel professional reviews one submitted itinerary and delivers a written report. See the Scope of Service for what is and isn't included.

Payment

Payment is due before the review begins. An order is only considered paid once our payment provider confirms it.

Turnaround time

We deliver your report within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. If we cannot meet this, we will notify you and you may choose a full refund.

Refunds and cancellations
